Delivery

Standard shipping of your order costs £3.99, or is free for orders over £35. We also offer local pick up in Northamptonshire, just get in touch with us to arrange it!

All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product please email us at rosemarycottage.ecostore@gmail.com so we can help you out.  For hygiene reasons, some of our products are not returnable, so please do get in touch with us in advance before you send anything back.

Should your order be returned to us because you have been unable to accept delivery, or the address is incorrect, you will receive a refund of the cost of the order minus the original shipping cost.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any queries about it, or if you’re unhappy for any reason, we’d be happy to sort any issues out.

Allergic Reaction Policy

We hope you love these products as much as we do, however we recognise that everyone’s skin is different and as with all skincare, reactions are a possibility.

Due to this we cannot take any responsibility for reactions as this is an individual issue, nota problem with the product itself. If you have an allergy, or have sensitivities, please do get in touch with us in advance so we can discuss the ingredients with you.

When introducing new products into your regime, we recommend you always do a patch test and wait at least 24 hours, if you have a reaction, stop using the product immediately and, if severe, seek medical advice.
